Made Maxima Video

Took some of the video clips I had and made a video. Nothing crazy, but I'm satisfied with how it came out. I've made several videos of my friends cars but this is the Maxima's debut. Now I need to get a better camera (this was a 3.1mp camera) and get better footage. Enjoy, or not.

Some good clips. I would suggest maybe turning the music down some when you do your flybys, so we can really hear that VQ scream!

Nice job on your interior. It looks awesome.

Car sounds would be nice? I happen to like the song so I give it a 4/10.

Better than most Maxima videos that get posted here. Not bad, what model Camaro (RS, Z28, etc.) was the chase car?

The e-brake handle was bought in 99' at Autozone, I don't like it anymore and unfortunately haven't had any luck getting it off since I hammered it on. The stupid thing doesn't even go on far enough, and it makes my e-brake look like its 2 feet long! I want a real carbon fiber one and I'm thinking about doing potatoheads (at least I think thats his name) look like a stick shift mod. Which I think is pretty cool. The chase car is my buddys 382rwhp 99' Z28 beast. I've done a movie of his car as well. We did an awesome shot with the camera on the road and him driving over it. The background volume is one thing I didn't think about on this movie, since it was the first one I did. I have another Maxima movie with background at 60% and music at 40% so you can hear the car better. I'll link that one eventually. Still needs more tweaking and I plan on getting more footage at Myrtle Beach this weekend.

Vid looks pretty good man. Needs some more action though.

The other day i was thinking, I'm in machine tool class right now, and if I have free time, I'm going to replace my stock leather shift **** (its falling apart) with a machined ball type shift ****. Aluminum I'm thinking. Or if i can find a big enough piece, bronze to be original. Throw it on the CNC and carve some numbers into the top of it.

Are you looking for feedback or constructive criticism?

Seems like youve got the idea of how to edit, but I think you can do better.

Did you happen to DL the AMD2k5 video?

99grnmaxgxe: Yes it is, Progress Springs + KYB GR2's

Fast1one: There are so many songs to choose from. I knew I wouldn't please everyone. I also wish I had lowered the music and turned up the video volume. The music drowns out the beautiful sound of the Max. The next one will be much better and have, dare I say, cooler footage. Thanks to all who have replied, I will take all the ideas and put them into my next movie. I should have it done next week so get your popcorn ready. Well it'll be done unless I get arrested trying to make it.
