omg thats is NOTHING... buy a new bumper, and corner light, ur turn signals aren't even damaged... I would hardly call it an accident... u should have just settled this outside the cops... this kind of damage isn't worth ur insurance going up..

just by looking at your pic that is NOTHING.
The bumpers not cracked or anything, can be buffed out and get some ebay corner light for 20 bucks., buffing compound = 10 bucks. elbow grease = free.

" Sir,your total comes out to 30 dollars. How would you like to pay? "

Corner light = 20 bux

Bumpuer = under 100 i think...

sometimes they do, it depends on the situation and company

one time I was in an accident my vehicle wasn't moving at all and lady just ran right into me. There was no damage on my vehichle and I didn't even make a claim but she did. She took her lightly scratched car to a mechanic that screws over insurance companies and got 1500 estimate which included the whole bumper headlight and the HUBCAP !!!! Turns out she wasn't paying her insurance at time of the accident so she only got half of her claim. Anyway they raised my premium for a couple of months I believe I lost about 500 out of the whole ordeal. Not to mention same insurance company and car. Either way the insurance companies always win.

for me 0 damage 0% my fault and still paid for it

i guess i got lucky. i got hit from the back on my max and i had Am.Family at the time and they was super nice to me. they came out the next business day and gave me a check for $5800 that same day and i went to the friend and got my car fix for $2000. it was ghetto fix but i cant expect much, and my insurance didnt go up. tell told me to hold on the the police report just to make sure if it does go up i can show it wasnt my fault.

well it has to do with a lot of what the cop says too... and cops here are racist it gives the other company an excuse to put some blame on me even though it wasn't my fault...
