Motor Mount Options.

I'm not to concerned with the front one but the rear one I am concerned about. It does take a lot of abuse, I'm an auto so what are my options as far as changing it out?

If I get polyurethane will it still be stiff and vibrate the whole car, I don't want to lose the smoothness that the OEM mounts have.

What about the ES can they be pressed in?

I was wondering this too. I put the es inserts on my 200sx se-r and the pedals and steering wheel transmited more vibrations but not so much that I would have noticed had I not driven the car before the switch....not sure about the maxima tho

I think the ES Mounts will work for the REAR only on a Auto. You would need to find a 5 speed mount for the front one to work. I cant comment on the vibrations much besides to say that there will be some.

They are not that expensive. I think that price included the metal mount. IIRC the inserts are only $85 for the set.
