hi,
my front passenger window won't go down completely! it goes 2/3 way down and it stops.
any suggestions to the cause of it? and how much would it cost to repair it?
thanks,

I haven't had to go inside the door panels on my '95 yet, so I can't say from first hand knowledge, but IIRC from previous posts the window regulators are cables and pullies. I would recommend that you pull the door panel and take a look.
I know that wasn't a whole lot of help, but at least you get a bump back up to the top.

Here are instructions for the front door of the 4Gen Maxima.
The rear door is similar.
1) Remove the inside handle escutcheon. This is the plastic "bucket"
around and behind the door handle. There is a tiny latch behind the top
lip and another behind the bottom lip. A small screwdriver is a good tool
to use for this.
2) Remove the power window switch. There is a metal clip under the
leading edge of the switch bezel. Same tool as above. Lift the switch
out of the armrest and disconnect the electrical wiring.
3) Remove the screw securing the pull handle, and then remove the pull
handle. This is the plastic "bucket" your fingers fit into when you pull
the door closed.
4) Remove the step lamp lens. Remove the screws securing the step lamp.
Remove the step lamp. Disconnect the electric wiring.
5) Remove two screws at the lower edge of the trim panel.
6) Remove the clips securing the trim panel. This can be tricky.
Using a dull putty knife, feel around the left, right, and bottom edges of
the trim panel for the location of the plastic clips. Position the tool as
close as possible to the clip and pull the trim panel away from the door
structure. Don't be surprised if some of these clips break, as they were
designed for fast assembly and not intended for re-use.
7) Lift the trim panel away and upward from the door. Disconnect any
remaining wiring connectors.
8) Remove any paper or plastic vapor barrier. These are usually
fastened with tape and/or a sticky goo.
If some of the plastic panel-mounting clips were broken get replacements
from the dealer parts department. If you need a lot of these parts
consider mail-order from Henry's Automotive Warehouse, 1-800-239-8149.
