low rpm's

low rpm's

i am having a problem gettin past 2,500 rpms and it stalls smetimes. i bought the car wrecked and recently fixed it. it ran excellent when i got it but has been sitting for about 6 months now so i figured that's why but it hasnt gotten any better so if anybody has any suggestions i would greaty appreciate it. i just replaced the fuel filter today hoping ti would help. thank you

have you tried the gas. gas that sits get bad after 3 months. plugs or air filter might help.. make sure no animals have made a nest in your box.

Go to a book store and spend $15 bucks on a Haynes shop manual.
Your going to need it if you want to work on your own vehicle.

The MAF sensor is in the intake path just after the air filter box.
