Love the taillights man...they look really clean on the Sterling Mist. Ive always been a huge fun of that color Max, and with the DTM mod done to it...really clean.

Awesome job man, but find a way to secure the system, so it doesnt flop around. I drilled a screw in the back of my box and used a small chain to hold it to the seat bracket. No more sliding, and no more loose wires.

Did you paint the whole tail or just the clear? What type of paint did you use? I am looking to do something like that but cant decide what the best paint will be.

Nice job with the DTM lights! I'm happy with mine...cheap to do and they look great. Agree with b00b...AE headlights would fit in perfect!

nice ride, I 've always fancied sterling mist as well and those lights compliment it very well. Sharp looking max all together.

yes they do infact you get entire new light assembly for both sides for $179 yet if you get regular red/clears you only get the outside assemblies for both sides and they're still $169, so haha smoked it is.

Or you could spend a few bucks on a can of spraypaint

Of course the one drawback about this mod is that you lose the reflectors for your turn signals which makes them less obvious.
