ebachcoil install... need help

i bought some ebach adjustable coils from a friend of mine and i can't seem to figure out howexactly the front cils go on. I'm putting them onto my stock struts. the back seems to go on fine and it looks right, but the front coils don't fit over the metal piece that holds the strut cartridge in. I have looked everywhere i knowto look and i can't seem to find any information as to how exactly they go on. any help or general direction would be greatly appreciated. Iam really stuck and I really need the hel because these coils have freakin' me. thanks in advace.

Pictures would definately help here, although I and most on here would not advice you to use your stock struts.

you bought ground control coilovers i assume, they use eibach ers springs. they will not fit on any front strut without modification. you need to grind the top of the strut housing so the threaded sleeves will slide on.

this should help you
