Or is there some type of trick to how to put one on? Got a new one, kinda dazzed trying to figure this out.

 

Nope, very easy to install, just installed a set in my GLE.
Assuming it's not broken/wrecked....here is what I'd do.

From the front of the car looking straight at the foglight remove the black fascia piece that is held in by a black plastic clip (I believe you can just punch the center peg through with a small screwdrive/nail.) After you remove this you should see two phillips head screws...remove and voila....it should pull right out. Unclip the connecter and replace with new one....very easy.

If you need to remove the brackets then you will need to pull the plastic dust/water covers off below the fogs to access the screws (3 per bracket.)

Pretty simple either way. Good luck

azmaxima99GLE installed his fogs on a 97 - 99. I think Scott has a 95 or 96 maxima(?). Anyway, i have a 96 GLE and have been wondering too how to install fogs in it?

 

have you looked in your owner manual?

 

wait a minute...maybe his bumper has no spot for a foglight?
