So you use their stuff, and they can't use yours, even though they take good care of it? I care for my maxima as well, and nobody drives it, but I never borrow anyone's car.

Based on what you said, if they are more than willing to offer anything to you when you are in town, its extremely selfish (as you already said) so want to skimp on the hospitality just because you want to baby your car. I can understand not wanting anyone else driving your car but, this is family which should come before the car anyday.
You can ask politely for them to be extra careful with the car? And if the dont have bad habbits as you stated then whats the problem besides your being paranoid?

Well When Im In Their Town, I Ask Them For Anything Including Their Car And They Would Never Say No. Its Just The Fact That I Care For My Maxima Too Much And Im Still Trying To Baby It.
