Car wont start

Its more than likely a dead battery. But it wouldnt even make a tick. Nothing. Turn the key and its silent. I'm posting cause I want to make sure it is just a dead battery and nothing more serious than that(alternator etc etc). Its still on the original Nissan battery with 93K miles. I will try and jump it later today.

it sounds like a dead battery, but if your alternator went, it would drain your battery. get a jump start, and check from there.

change your battery...sounds like the battery. change that first and if it's still the same go on from there.

Battery. Jump it or get it rolling and pop the clutch in first while turning the key to start.

Well finally went back out to jump it after my classes and still nothing. Not a click, tick, interior light didnt even come on. Didnt get to change the battery as the stores are closed now, but I'm starting to think that something else might have come loose. Doesnt make sense at all. I had my clutch changed last week, and obviously you have to take the battery out, but if anything went wrong it would have happened last week not a week later. So now its just parked in the parking lot. I'll see if changing the battery will help the cause tomorrow. I seriously doubt it now though.

What did you try to jump it with? Another car or batt box? Doesn't make sense that the lights wouldn't even turn on, so a new battery wouldn't help. Did you try a push start?

Tried with another car.

I know, it doesnt make sense to me either. I dont understand why even the lights wouldnt turn on. Something must have gotten loose somewhere, but I also havent driven the car since Sunday. So basically the battery drained or something came loose on its own.

Must be battery terminals.
Connect a spare car bulb like a stop/tail directly to the battery posts. Does it light up? It's your terminals. No? It's the battery.
