I came across this ebay auction and saw a pic of my car with my spoiler being used to sell a spoiler, anyone here? if so, next time ask please. I know once pics are on the web there public property, but have some respect.

Why not just accept this as a compliment and be flattered? This person's spoiler is not installed on a car, so a picture of his wouldn't do it justice. Naturally he would want to have a picture of one installed. I'm sure these spoilers are rare, there may be no other pictures out there for this person to use. You're not in the photo and the license plate is blurred out, so what's the harm? Just feel good about it. You posted the picture because you like it and want people to see it, now it's just increasing exposure.

P.S. I like the ground kit.

same thing happened with manual maxima with bumper lights. there are multiple auctions with peoples cars, but this one is different. hes acting like its his car:

Hey every1. That is my auction. I did apologize for using the pics to flava and will take down the pics if he does desire me to do so. I did make a revision stating that those are not the actual pics. The spoiler I do have though. I bought it from Jose a while back and just never installed it. So aonce again, I AM SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE.

That sucks man. A simple email is all that is needed to get permission. I just got one today asking for permission to use a pic of mine. I was more than happy to do it. da bastid
