convertion of tails

convertion of tails

how much are 97/99 convertion from stock to red/clear worth with the red refelectors with the bottom blinker.??

any suggestions of price i dont want to over pay.

take ur stock tails and do it yourself. i did it yesterday. easy as hell, pop em in the oven, open em up, and pull out the orange reflector.

can you do that on the 96 tail lights. i wanted to do that but i wasnt sure if it would work and i didntknow if all the light were the same......

the 96 tails are different and you can't do it yourself. If i recall, the orange peice is actually part of the plastic housing and can't be removed.

buy CE red clears, or 97+ lid swap. Or search for all clear 95/96 tails and paint them.

Exactly as MDeezy said. CE has the 95-96 clears or you can do a 97+ swap. You always could try it yourself. If you open them you could find a way, if not put them back together. Won't hurt anything unless you're afraid.

i'd say go to for CE clears. i saw them recenetly for the first time in person and they look very good

No reason to pay so much for CE's. It's not worth it when you can do a good job yourself for so much cheaper. Just that everyone thinks it has to cost money for a mod to be worthy...

finding a set of all clears (APC) is hard. I have 2 sets sitting in my closet, ones taken apart gettin ready for paint.
