Single xenon projector that is. What reflectors would be a good choice and fit into the 4th GEN housing with relative ease? Anyone try this? Anyone try a dual projector setup?

I'm not understanding your question.

I want a dual projector setup, but don't want the second projector to be an actual projector (too expensive a project), instead just want to use a reflector housing. A good example would be to use a 5.5GEN reflector housing, but that's rate to find, so looking for another option.

maxgtr2000 used a round foglight for his hi beams in his dual setups. The round foglight uses an H1 I believe.
Or you could do a halogen projector and use whatever bulb the halogen progector uses. Most use an H3 bulb.
All the aftermarket projector headlights (mainly Honda) that are on ebay use a Halogen projector.

Wow....awesome job on fitting the cefiro headlights! One of the best ones I've seen. Looks like it came with the car.

lol, yes they do look good, but the point is being missed. I want to see a dual setup. Either dual projectors, or projector and reflector?

I havent seen anyone running that setup, the only dual type of setup I have seen are the ones created by maxgtr2000 that I stated before.
