lowered Max

Does any other modifications need to be performed when installing lowered springs? I was wondering if the suspension geometry would allow the car to sit wit hno issues after its lowered from the stock height. Also, what are any comments on the Tokico HP and spring kit? Thanks

The Tokico ILLUMINAS are real nice.. I dropped mine on those and Eibach springs, nice ride.. a bit harsh over stock but to be expected to some extent whenever dropping! Depends how much you're dropping it too. I have roughly a 1.6 drop, and was told that I would NOT need camber bolts/adj. camber plates.. however when I alligned the car, my camber was/IS off! .8 degrees and 1.5 degrees of negative camber. Ah well, alls well for now!

I'm 2.2 in the front and I dont experience any noticable camber wear.

Just make sure your toe is in spec. THAT will eat tires very quickly.

my camber is off aswell with the illuminas and CE springs. Rides nice, but pot holes, be careful. Strut bar9front) and rear sway bar help a lot. I just drove it without it to see the difference and there is one. I can feel it. All else is awsome

That differance from left to right is not acceptable and may cause a slight pull.
Get the 1.5 side closer to the .8 and you should be fine. You might be able to tweak it just enough with the play in the struts lower mounting holes.
Toe will need to be reset after camber is changed.

Uhh..yeah...I'm not interested in adjustable struts, I dont see the point. The car wont be on a track, but as a daily driver. The amount of drop I would like is very mild, just to increase the handling of the car, and to get rid of the 4x4. ANy comments on H&R springs or the Tokico Hp kit with the springs?

You can probably get away with the Tokico HP struts with H&R springs but you run the risk of blowing them. I would save up a little more and get AGX's or Illuminas and be done with it.
