Goes without saying, really, that it's a VQ30. Yet to see a Max with a 3.5 swap being sold anywhere, short of Tilley charging for installs.

And damn, that '04 VQ35/trans went for only $500!

If it's a 5 speed (6 speed too, but a lot of custom work) or (possibly) a 4AT, then yes, both of them. If it's a 5AT, then no, it would require a lot of work. So I guess not no, but it's not really feasible.
