I need some help. I recently crashed my car and the rear bumper was damaged considerably. Its the urethane skyline kit that custom maxima sold a few years ago and i like it, but they no longer make it. I was just wondering if anyone knew of good ways to repair urethane, or if its just not worth it, cause mine is pretty well shattered (barely in one piece). My thoughts were to get a sarona rear bumper which i dont like as much and costs way to much, or to buy a replacement stock bumper and put the stillen rear valences on. Any help or suggestions would be great. Also, im leaving the front and side skyline body pieces on so just keep that in mind. thanks guys.

post a pic of your car so we can see the bumper you had. i fixed my front lip but im sure it wasnt nearly as bad as yours. its usually not worth fixing the bumper. labor and materials are more than a new one.

1max2nv has those side skirts with a stillen front lip and im not sure of the rear. the stillen stuff is too rounded. anyhow i dont think anything goes with those sides. even the one you had wasnt square enough. the stock rear with the stillen 2 peice will look horrible. if you swap out the sides you could run any rear bumper. maybe i just really hate those sides?

Well, ive decided to go that route cause it saves me a lot of cash and if it ever happened again it would be an easy fix. I think it will give the car an interesting stance and make the front and sides look crazy low compared to the back. Ill post pics when all is said and done. If i really hate it, i will spend some serious time myself fixing the bumper ive got now cause i know i like that one. thanks to everyone that gave there .02.
