Couple Questions...

I found some wires under my seats (both driver and passenger) and I was just wondering if anyone knew what they do...

Also, I have a small seperation in the outside lining on my sunroof, could this be a potential problem?

Maybe for heated seats option?

Yes, the wires should be for heated seats, the car comes wired for them even if it doesn't have them, just like fogs.

As far as the sunroof goes, I don't think it's a problem. Your sunroof has gutters to channel out water that gets into its cracks anyway.
