RTP rotors, good buy?

I need to replace my rotors soon as the front started to warp. I see the RTP rotors in the group deals. I want the slotted/dimpled rotors, mostly for looks anyways. Is RTP a good brand? i honestly never heard of it before. or should i spring the extra $26 for a set of brembos zinc slotted/dimpled instead?

thanks

I have the RTP Slotted/Dimpled/Zinc and they have been on my car for a year. No problems. Great rotors.

Since it's for street driving and you're saving $26 you should use it for gas or food.

I have the brembo zinc plated crossdrilled. i paid 98 bones. I paired them up with pbr ceramic (low metal). Been on for a month and no problem.

Just remember you have to break them in. If you dont they sound horrible for the first 50 miles or so.

i current have raybesto ceramic quietstops, new from about 1.5 years ago and still has plenty of 'meat' left. a friend recommended me to replace the pads too and i'm not too keen on another 100+ for the pads after $215 for the rotors. what do you guys think?

Umm, I wouldnt do it, but thats just me. Any grooves in the pads will be transfered to the new rotor.
