Gas smell.

Gas smell.
Last few days my car smells like gas. I can pop the hood and rev the motor and no smell. No smell from exhaust or underneath the car. Seems to only smell when I am driving and then stop. Any ideas?

I have a bad Knock sensor and i have a gas smell also. The knock sensor code DOES NOT throw the engine light because it's not smog related, but it causes the engine to run WAY less efficient. Thats my two sense.

Check the short fuel hose in the engine compartment at the top center of the engine compartment, just under the throttle and cruise control cables.
