fun drifting possible?

was wondering what i would need to change so my rear tires will lock up when i pull the e brake? and by doing so will this allow me to do some fun drifting at my local church ( when it's raining ) ? and is it possible with FWD????? not a continous drift, but drift long enough to make a turn

i used to be able to get sideways by tapping the brake while entering a corner on my old maxima, with bald and dry rotted tires on the back, and some brand new ones on the front, dont quote me on this as it can very dangerous ESPECIALLY in the rain, and im luck to not have hit anything when i did do it
