hyper grounding kit

Have anyone have postive experiences with these? I searched up only one thread about this and only 1 person showed increase in power.

Are these worth the 100+ bucks???

hell no $100, haha......go on ebay and buy a "nismo" one for $25 shipped. it will do the exact same thing. There are no power gains from these, unless you just have rediclulously bad grounds. i think that nissan when designing the car spent alot of time making sure everythign was grounded propperly.

you might notice alittle better idle, and your system might beat alittle harder or cleaner. I did not notice anything with mone exept a ton more wires snaking under my hood

A local guy. Welcome to Maxima.org

When i installed my grounding system, the lights inside the car didn't dim as much when i rolled down the windows as much. The grounding system had a positive effect on my electrical system. It may smooth your idle.

Either buy one from Matt ($40) or make your own, it's easy and fun!

i agree. DO NOT SPEND 100$. i bought that exact "NISMO" one off of ebay and then added a few more grounds to it, so basically i took the "nismo" kit and turned it into a custom one. it made my car idle better, start better, lights dont dim anymore when running multiple electrical things, system thumps a little cleaner, AUTOMATIC SHIFTS SMOOTHER, looks cool under my hood lol. go for it, for 25$ you cant really go wrong.

I'm lazy, what comes in the Nismo grounding kit and what do you ground? I mean not so much HOW do you ground just what does the stock kit allow you to ground.

i think it gives you like 8 wires. i dont remember. i used those to ground on the stock factory ground, stock battery ground, intake manifold, and over by the passenger side headlight, and the alternator. then i added my own longer one to ground on the bottom of the tranny and by my FSTB and a few more random places. i still need to put a ground on my starter, and maybe another tranny one.

i only hooked up 2 of the grounding kit wires out of the 5 i have. no dimming at all now. i hooked mine up on the valve cover to the battery and the other side of the valve cover near the firewall. I need to hook one up from the block to the firewall soon. has anyone hooked up the wires under the car?
