Car Is Apart, Can"t Pull Passenger Axle Off!!!

ok, so i'm changing my passenger axle, ITs removed from the hub, and the 3 bolts are taken off. I have an auto btw. But i can't get the axle out. I'm pulling and doing whatever i can, but it seems like where the 3 bolts go into to hold the other part to the chassis is like stuck. How do you get this axle out!!!! help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

P.S. i searched, but didn't really get anything

sometimes they get stuck at the place where you pulled those three bolts from. Spray that area with WD4- or PB blaster if you have it. I usually use a couple flat screwdrivers to wedge in there and hit with a hammer until it breaks loose. Put some anti sieze on it when you reassemlbe so next time you wont have this problem

Its tricky to get that axle out of there but it can be done. When people pull the transmissions out of our cars they normally just take out the driver side axle and pull the transmission from the passenger side axle. I had my trans replaced and right away the newer one started leaking from the passenger side axle seal. My mechanic was able to get the axle out without pulling the trans again but it took a while.

yea, i got it out earlier today. I have to unbolt the metal part that holds the three bolts. Take the whole axle off the car. N then slam that crap with a hammer and crow bar for like 10 minutes before it came off. There was no way that i could of gotten it off while it was on the car......

Thats what I did also. I pulled the axle with the bracket and just banged the axle out with a hammer. I put some antiseize on it and the axle slides right out whenever I need to remove it.

It's pretty much impossible to remove the axle from the bracket while it's still attached to the engine. Just remove the 3 bolts that hold the axle bracket in place and remove the axle and bracket together.
