My Manual Is Constantly Getting Stuck IN REVERSE
What is the problem? This mechanic told me a rubber needs to be changed..Which rubber? Also, is it getting stuck because of lack of lubricant in the clutch or what?
Method I use to get it out of R:
Reverse all the way down the street until it pops out of Reverse..(literally pop out)

The problem is your shifter is jammed or damaged. There are several items that need to move smoothly to change to/from reverse, and if metal chips or anything else interfere with any of them, you will get major resistance to shifting. Driving until it pops out of gear is probably creating damage to some parts that could make the rebuild more costly.

Oh, when I say shifter I mean the parts inside of the tranny. It might be worthwhile to drain a little oil from the drain plug and see just what stuff is in there. Black oil with glassy little shards of steel would suggest that you have chips off of the gear teeth, and one got stuck in the wrong spot.

This is probably not good. I had a similar problem on my 3.8 Jaguar, except it was first gear. Exactly the same; if I put it in first, I would have to drive it down the road before it would come out of first and allow second. The motor had such power that I never bothered to fix it, I just started in second instead. The problem was due to a chipped gear sprocket (one tooth severely damaged) and I guess your problem could be the same thing, a damaged tooth on reverse gear.
