The alternator grounds through the casing. Ground to one of the mounting bolts.

Isn't it right on top of the alternator like on a bracket?

There is a little bracket right in front of the radiator with a 1/2 inch or 9/16 nut on the stud. Can't miss it.

yea I looked in front of the bracket and I missed it...

i did however complete the daisy chain series configuration of the grounds, from the battery side post to intake manifold to block to passenger side factory ground, to firewall back to battery, along with a single ground to the chassis. rpms are lower so i guess that means a small (probably negligible) improvement in fuel economy, and my windows roll down much faster. the car does run smoother i dont think its a placebo because when i used to idle and turn on a/c the rpms would go up to 1100 but now it just sits at 900. i would recommend this to anyone who wants an easy mod to do that u can actually see something improved, if only by a little. it does bring color to the engine for those people who only like aesthetic mods

Baxtel, did you ground the alternator to the positive or negative terminal?
