Help...suggestions?

I recently started having trouble with my max. '95 gxe 5 spd. Last night I think the clutch went out or is almost done. It started to catch violently then act as if it wasn't pulling then catch again no matter how hard or easy I was on it. I've noticed the clutch slipping every now and then but now the car is undriveable and I am afraid it will leave me stranded the next time I take it out. Was wondering if these are symptons of a worn/bad clutch? It has about 50k on it...act street clutch. Or should I check elsewhere? Let me know...I might be buying a clutch tonight. I installed it last 50k ago...but I bought a lightweight flywheel from stillen and purchased the act race clutch with the 4 pad disc then got fed up after 2 months of driving and bought just the street disc and swapped it but did not replace the pressure plate or have the flywheel resurfaced. Could this be the cause? Also...where's the best place to find the lowest priced clutches? As I'm not sure how much longer I will have the car since it's at 145k now.

Is your pedal stuck on the floor ? loose

it could just be the hose
it seem to be a common problem

Pedal pressure is normal and still springs back just fine...clutch master cylinder level is good and no signs of leaks. Clutch hoses replaced about 25k ago.
