KYB AGX Settings ?

Hey guys, I just replaced my Eibach/HP's with Eibach/AGX's. I was just wondering what settings you run the AGX's at preferabbly w/ the Eibach Springs? Everyday driving, sprited driving?

Is it true that people have blown their AGX's w/stiff springs? Has any1 blown them with Eibachs? Any1 running this setup with a sway bar as well?

I have them on Tein H springs, and 1/1 is all the stiffness I need.

better. they have so much compression dampening its rediculous. that makes them harsh as heck. i find the ride to be more bouncy as i increase the stiffness. its not the springs making the ride worse, its the over the top dampening.

i just set mine to 2/4.... it feels pretty good. Just to make sure since my numbers on the dial are kind of fading, the numbers increase clockwise correct ?

Bump on an old thread; how soft do the AGX's get on the softer settings? Like factory?

Not even close to factory set on 1, at least 2x the dampening. If you want factory go with something like the Tokico HPs (blues) and keep your factory springs.

Didn't realize that, people have claimed the AGX's were relatively BMW-like in their firmness, but I guess they have a different viewpoint than I do. I guess its come down to either the Tokico Blues or KYB GR-2's depending on whichever is softer. Which one is softer between these two? I'm sticking with stock springs for now. Blown factory shocks (04MY) so I'm looking for something to replace them that will give me a comfortable ride, not looking to autocross or anything.

F3/R5 with Eibachs. I don't know how to compare it seeing as this is the only setup I've ever had, but it's all right I guess. I don't get too many complaints from my passengers and I myself have gotten used to the ride long ago.

what are the factory settings? i know either the front or back are set to 4, but I just installed mine and didn't adjust them. I only noticed I think the back to be set to 4 for sure.

Totally agree here...the AGX's are not even close to factory on even the softest setting.
