VW jetta Needles

It is not that bog of a deal cause they did not look as differant as i though, but i put vw jetta needles in my max. I have always likes the way their needles look, but here it is....

they look similar to me. but the gas and temp are really short cause jetta's have the mini gauges on top.

hmm, definitely different, but your whole gauge setup seems a bit cluttered to me.

doesnt look too different other than the temp needle and fuel needle, but some night pics mite tell a different story

it woudl bug me to have my needles that short. it looks liek its hard to tell exactly how my gas u have lol.

acually they are nto that much shorter than the maxima needles, they still hit the stop pegs....

What did you do for lighting them? Stock bulbs or a strategicly placed LED?

are they a deeper red than stock (well stock is more orange but you know what i mean). they look pretty good.

They should be deeper than stock. 1) as you said stock is more orange and 2) my guess because my friends have a Golf and Passat and the needles seem to light up much better. Problem is that I dont know the bulb setup of the VW's. That could def. contribute to making them look better.

they have leds......each little light and thing that needs liek on those gauges has their own led.......the speedometer gauge had 9 or 10 square leds that light it up from behind......that si why their gauges are the best....

Makes sense huh...So Manual, how do they look on your max? and how exactly did you set them up? just like the LED needle mod?

did you get new ones?? cuz they look kinda similar to the ones I saw last time...but I don't remember dem needles lookin so dang short
