If you can, get a BMW paint called Carbon Black Metallic. It's awesome, it looks dark blue where light/sun hits it, otherwise just seems like a normal metallic black. Do a search on it, you'llget lots of pics on google

Black is my favorite color. Every car ive ever owned has been painted one black color or another. I just got my car back last week from the body shop. I went with my favorite shade of black which is BP92 Nighthawk Black Pearl. This is black but when the sun or light hit it the car turns to a Midnight blue. Last year my car was Labrador Black which is what Mitsu Evo's come with, i really didnt like the color. Go to your nearest paint store and pick up a sample of BP92...

Galaxy Metalic Clearcoat (G10) found on the Infiniti QX56...its a reall cool black metalic color that almost seems to have different color metalics in it (siliver, red, blue, etc.). That's what color I'd paint mine if I got my whole car redone.

I can vouch for that. I got a car repainted at Maaco for like 500 bucks once. It was a like a custom "sand paper" finish it was so rough. The pealing paint would have been better.

well i would if i was going to paint it. but most the time its not worth it unless you love the car and are going to keep it for 5 or more years.
