you can get them at 50-70 bucks from autozone.
You can install them easily at home. If you don't have tools, just rent the tools from autozone. When you return the tools, they'll give you a full refund on your tool. It's basically free renting unless you end up not returning the tools.
For your idle problem, check/replace/adjust these: Throttle position sensor, MAF sensor, IACV, Throttle body adjustment screw, Air bubbles in the cooling system, and/or Intake assembly (manifold, throttle boddy, pipings) need to be flush cleaned.

You need to look at the throttle body.
Check the cold idle plunger, it might be shot or out of adjustment.
Check the throttle cables, make sure there is enough play and nothing is binding.
Clean the throttle body and check the return spring. Make sure it opens and closes smoothly and the spring is tight enough.
If you still have a high idle, you'll need to set the idle speed. The idle speed is set by first verifying the throttle body default setting. That is done with the TPS unplugged, engine up to operating temp. Once that speed is corrected, TPS plugged back in, you'll need to verify the idle speed with with the IACV set screw.
A Haynes shop manual would be a wise purchase.
