I just discovered that when the alarm is tripped, the horns aren't sounding. The headlights do flash though. I'm not sure what is wrong. I know its not the horn relay otherwise the horn won't work at all. Anyone has any idea?

Sry can't help you there except recommend an aftermarket alarm. You get a horn more sensors and more security. My friends maxima got stolen right infront of his bedroom window cause of this bs...
