dumb question but here goes: I need to tighten my handbrake so I took the cupholder out and now apparently I need to tighten some screw? Which one is it? If anyone could post a pic that'd be helpful... or tell me what to do looking at this pic (ignore the dirt and flame the previous owner for it, I'll clean it out soon):

bottom of the pic is where the driver's seat is

i know on my 96 its a bolt and a nut the bolt is connected to the cable and u just tighten the nut.
