tricky wiring question?? help

tricky wiring question?? help

k i have and underglow kit on my car, i have an msd rpm switch 4 the oovi on my engine, it opens up at 4500 im thinkin if i wire the ground to the underglow to the wire on the rpm switch when driving in high rpms, like racing or whatever, as soon as i hit that 4500 rpm my underglow will kick on, im gonna attempt that later this week, but what wires should i connect, ne one know for sure??

if it was just something about the mevi it would be acceptable...but i think this is gonna get trashed...

if not....u know what...do that LED exhaust tip too !!...and put it on that!!! itlll be like ur car is a rocket !!....and ulll burn the other rice with ur rice burner exhaust tip !!.....YEAH !!!

this has nothing to do with a mevi, apparently ur i.q. is below average, and here i am thinking there is requirements to be on this website, u know, and its idiots like u who r so stupid they have to get on other ppls sh*t and try to b cool, well, stay stupid... peace

you'll wana use a relay so your not trying to power the neons from the power coming from the rpm switch.
so the relay will go inline on the positive wire to the neons, then the signal from the rpm switch will hook up to the switching post on the relay, and then hook up your grounds.
when looking at the relay the posts are numbered, i dont remember which ones are what though.

they are led's that already r hooked up to a seperate power, cant i just hook up the ground to the relay then to the signal from the rpm switch or what?

Technically, you would be able to connect the relay to either pwr or gnd. W/ cars it is more typical to connect the pwr, since the entire body is connected to gnd

apparently your going to be ban. Go to www.underbodylightsFTW10hp.com and go run wild in there. Underbody lights are gay, go ahead keep the engine to 4.5k all you want just for some pretty lights. another thing assuming you like to rice **** up, your the idiot here. This thread made my night! haha. I'm surprised this wasnt completely trashed yet. Don't waste the time or money on underglow kits, you ruin the car.
