I had the same problem. It would go down when it wanted but didn't come up at all. I played with the switch like 10min and it finally came up. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the switch.

I have camry that has a loose drivers side window. It goes up, but the window goes out of its rubber strip so you have to push the window against the sill when u put it up. Is that what youre seeing?

NOOOO! you shoulda put the windows down, then guide it correctly into the groove by hand! As of a fix.. you can either, replace the window regulator($40+15 ebay) and the strip(i cant find this) or buy used door or just try to fit it in as best and use A/C instead
