Noise from front hubs = front bearing seals squealing??

Can't perform a search in here so this is my only resort

I'm getting a rubber sqealing noise coming from the front of the max...

I've already identified it as being something inside the front left hub area and its the zimmering (bearing seal) that the axle goes through.

Its making a squealing noise like rubber on metal and I know it is this because when I spray some lubricant in between the hub and axle it goes away...but this is only temporarily.

I've taken it to nissan and they took both sides (L+R) apart and found no reason for it to be making that noise although it is the zimmering/seal.

At this point Nissan is claiming it as a "mystery" because there is no indication of the zimmering making the noise "no excessive wear or marks"

Anyone have this problem before and what they did?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks!
