headlight problem ?

after getting my car back from the body shop, i noticed that my headlight problem still wasn't fixed as i hoped it to be =[ after getting into an accident, i noticed that my driverside headlight is little bit dim compared to my passenger side one. i thought it was the bulb, so i replaced both of them including the foglights, but the result was still the same. What i also noticed is that when i turn on my highbeam, the brightness seems to change. This means that when i turn on my HB, the driverside headlight becomes bright while the passenger side gets dim like they're switching energy and vice versa when i turn off my high beam. anyone know what could this problem be ? i checked the harness and stuff but everything is all connected. thanks for reading this long message, but hope u guys can help me out !

i'd get a grounding kit for about 30 bucks. It should most likely solve your problem.

Installing your own grounding kit is EASY. With a bit of patience, anyone can do it, assuming they know how to use a ratchet

the only thing ive done anything myself to my car is... change the stock bumpers to clear bumpers, and change the stock headlights to PIAA's. hopefully it wont be too much harder. is there a sticky for installing grounding kits ?
