Weird Sound After New Muffler -- Help!

My car suddenly makes this knocking sound when going from a dead stop on 1st gear. This sound only occurs after the car has been parked for 30 min or more. The sound completely disappears after driving the car for about 10 minutes or more. I jacked up the car and crawled under. At first I thought it was the traction bars. I wiggled it around, nothing. Then I thought maybe the end links finally died, but I was wrong. I even checked the outter tie rods and nothing. I inspected both drive axles, I wiggled them back and forth, it didn't reproduce the sound I was hearing. I then checked the exhaust system from the y-pipe all the way to the muffler. The muffler is new, just installed yesterday. I wigged the exhaust system, section by section starting with the Y-pipe from each legs coming from the exhaust manifold to the cat end, I couldn't reproduce the sound I was hearing. I've talked to 2 orgers, they both think it's my exhaust making the noise. Perhaps one of the hangers or the bracket that holds up the Y and cat is hitting the underside of the car. The source of the sound seems to be coming from under the front passenger floor. However, I couldn't find anything under there while I was under the car.

Here's a sound clip which I took just this evening, when I went out to get some dinner. I simply placed the camera on the front passenger-side seat. You will hear 3 different occassions when I would go from dead stop and that's when the sound is present. At the first time the sound was present when I let off the gas pedal (you'll hear it). Hopefully someone can pinpoint this for me.

I'm afraid that won't work because the sound is only present when the car is starting to move. It won't reoccur just by revving the engine while standing still. I have made an appointment with my muffler shop to have them inspect my recently installed exhaust system on Monday.
