What are these things
1) it's the place where the missing intake snorkel would connect. It's probably not necessary.
2) I can't tell because your pic completely hides whatever you were trying to circle. Perhaps it's the transmission breather hose. If so, it's supposed to just hang out like that.
3) Put in headlights that fit, or figure out why it doesn't line up. Find the bolts that hold the headlight, loosen them, and see what you can do.

1) the elbow that connects the snorkel to a breather box underneath your battery tray (your missing the snorkel part on the intake, not a big deal)
2) breather hose for tranny, dont worry the hose is supposed to be out in the open like that
3) take out the blinker light make sure nothing is broekn or twisted and put it back in. last person that messed with it probably just put it back like that

Yeah on the light quetion it just looks like it isn't fully popped into the spot. I can't think of what it is called though. But try to take out the screw on the top and then push the light in. Look at the other one and you will see what I mean.
