cerfiro headlights

i have cefiro headlights on my car, and wanting to put an s5 grill with it, will it fit?? will there be any mods i have to do?

there wont be a place for it to mount to , the lights i noticed are a little wider than stock but the grille should still fit. i have a billet one in with cefiros
