doing few conversions soon

well not big but a few at once and wanna make sure my bases are covered.
I went through the site searching for info and think i have everything but i have a few questions left. im swapping my 99 cali spec auto to a 99 fed spec 5 speed. When i do the cali to fed swap.

can i use a 98 5 speed fed spec ecu and just remove the extra o2 sensors ?

do i need upper and lower intake or just lower ?

got the y pipe thing covered......

99.9% sure you can use the ecu. But you might aswell install an 00vi with this to really see some gain. Just my .02
