What fits better is the I30/cefiro spoiler lip. The M3 or M5 is too curved. Plus most of the ebay ones are hard plastic so its hard to get it to fit the contour of the max trunk. The I30 ones like ones from Paradox are made of some soft urethane stuff that can easly conform to the curves.

I seen some max with that kind of spoiler on it. Also there was a "how to" somewhere. It's ok but I have the stock spoiler so I don't really need it. I also have no intention of taking mine off cause it won't come off.

I have one, but its not on my car yet. Its made from urethane, and its very flexible. I know that gtr rider and requin6 have them on there cars currently. Both of there cars are in members rides.

Actually that looks good, I think I might get it, but where do I get the flexible
urethane one?

It's such a perfectly subtle mod, I have to get it now, but I definatley want to go with the flexible one... I just got to keep searching...

^ prolly would be cheaper to just buy a used trunk lid that never had a spoiler on it.. I'm definitly regretting buying my Type-II spoiler (type-X i should say)

its even cheaper when I sand down the lid, cover the holes, prime, and paint myself

If it was letting a shop do it, yea it might be cheaper to find a Black lip with no spoiler and put it on then.

I don't like those lip spoilers. IF you ask me it is not really a spoiler at all for your car, since it does not redirect air or create any downforce.

If it was a little bigger or higher it would look good on a maxima, but other than that. I say don't drill holes or take your stock spoiler off for this strip.

Paradox only has the trunk spoiler for 00+ maxima and I30. Is this what you also purchased or is it no longer avaliable?

I bought the one for the A32 I30 and it fit perfectly, the 00+ might be a little longer but it may work.

i bought the paradox one but didnt like the look of it. the lip went too far up for my taste. plus i put graphics on my trunk and it would have killed the look

it has a nice simple look to it, i had one, gave it to my buddy. i like it sometimes and then once in awhile i say 'na, dont get it' (cause i have visions of getting it again) but it looks good, i think better than a factory spoiler

My stock spoiler has detached on both ends, but the inner supports are still attached so I am waiting for one to let go to swap it for a lip. I have always liked those and after seeing the pix here I am 100% certain to do the lip. Now if only that stock spoiler will finally come off (goes to get hammer).
