no they'll stick out like a ****. stock max backspacing is 35mm. that means theyre about an inch further out with no lip to make it look right. for that kind of money just buy a set of aftermarket wheels. i would worry about the 3.5 first before buying wheels to use for a 3.5 swap. 1/2 inch on a rim doesnt mean much when you can get the tire to be wider if it's really nescesary

sweet jesus! 12mm offset wont fit. it will look like those cars you see going down the road with the tires sticking a foot out from the car.
7.5 or 8" wide rims will do fine. Or you could buy slicks for traction

I would wait till you have the 3.5 up and running before getting wheels, who knows what the swap might have you spending on. I've stop all purchases and everything is for various knick knacks to help the swap go smoothly. After I'll look into wheels again, or front lip etc... thats just me though.

8 and 9" rims arent a problem but you'll need to match it with the right offset. Dont buy anything lower than 35mm.
A lot of Z wheels will fit on our cars, given the tire size, offsett, and width.
