PS Fluid Leak

I found a Power Steering Fluid Leak coming from my car, but I don't know where the leak is from any ideas where I can check for PS leaks? But the weird thing is that the PS pump reservoir is level, so I suspect the leak isn't constant.

Also, my Oil Light Flickers On and Off on startup for a little while then shuts off, does this have anything to do with the PS fluid leak.

I'm sure it's PS fluid and not oil.

Probably the rack. I've found that if I wipe it, I wont see any drops on the floor for months. I just top off the reservoir, and it's good for months too.

my oil light flickers on startup also for maybe 2 seconds then goes away. i don't think something is wrong with it because the only leak i had was the rear seal which i replaced. So i think the blinking is normal.

My power steering return lines (the thick rubber ones) leaked because the rubber deformed under the metal clamps. Just tighten the clamps, or better yet loosen the clamp, rotate/move it a little so it's not set on the grooves in the rubber, and retighten.

Nope, not really, as long as you just play with the clamp. I found it took some effort to pull apart the hose, not something that would happen accidentally.
