does anyone know if this lip will fit a 99 i30? or you could make it work?

 

I saw a pic of an SMX tuned i30 with the 95/96 Stillen front lip (same fitment as ionic lip), but I don't know if it came from Stillen that way or if it had to be modified to fit.
