Blinglights HID Kit On Ebay?

My friend just bought one for his Scion XB. Its a high and low kit for 299 plus 20 dollars shipping. They also have a 9004 hi/lo kit. Anyone have any expierence with those or heard anything about them? The price seems great but I haven't seen one name brand componet in the kit. It seems blinglights makes the whole thing so what do you guys think?

So are they sliding bi-xenon or is the high beam actually halogen? Not enough information.

The understanding I get from it is that it's truly a high/low kit and it is indeed HID. For $300, it better be high/low.

Yeah I think it is a Bi-xenon kit. But for 45 dollars more Heilos has a GD on the 9004 bi-xenon kits so I may end up going that route.
