not important, but real annoying

So yesterday I decide to start putting in the retro fitted led’s into my cefiro headlight’s accent lights and door lights. The headlights come out fine, and the driver’s side door comes out fine. Then on the last bulb I’m putting into the passenger’s door and I slip and get an arch on the bulb housing. Long story short, I can’t get the original 193 or whatever bulb to work on that side but the led works and won’t go out when I close the door. I checked every fuse under the dash, swapped the door switch from on side to the other and pulled out and inspected the bulb housing with no result. Anyone with any thoughts on what blew?
