Ok all of this was done before i got the car, some dumbass pushed the car on the spoiler.

How do i take the spoiler off? There is only 1 spot where the spoiler has damage...

This part... the bottom part of the spoiler is still bolted to the trunk

now two other spoiler mounts are like this:
(the spoiler is not damaged looks like the plastic thingies are?? The entire spoiler is detached here)

there are 4 bolts, that hold the spoiler to the trunk. Pop the trunk and look toward the center. 4x10mm bolts.

How do i get to those bolts though? i assume you take of the carpeting on the top part of the trunk? do i just "pop" out the little plastic things with a screwdriver?? Or is there a special method, which i doubt but i dont wana destroy my car...

also where can i get new plastic thingys for the spoiler or bolts. Will conicelli nissan have them?

you would need to remove the carpet. You'll also need a 10mm deep socket, a normal one wont be able to reach.

where your spoiler touches the trunk towards the middle is where the bolts are located.

the plastic peieces at the end of the spoiler are re-usable and no need to purchase new ones.

So technically my bolts are broken? whats busted on the spoiler?

Do those little buttons that hold the carpet on just pop off? will a screw driver work? thats all thanks!

Yes, those little buttons just pop off. Just pull on them, they'll pop right off. As far as that plastic piece, all it is like a gasket. Just remove the trunk liner and access the mounting bolts and try to tighten. If they are already tightened, it seems that the adhesive may have been ruined on the pedastools. The only way to tell, is to loosen the bolts and try to remove. Try that and see what happens.

If the adhesive is bad should i slap some superglue on it? or is there a special kind of adhesive?

The adhesive is 3M tape. I wouldn't use superglue on it. It may run and ruin the paint on the car. Like I said before, I would try to tighten up the bolts on the spoiler. If that doesn't work, then try to remove the spoiler and re-install. The pedastools also have grommets on the trunk that snap in from the spoiler. In your case, this may have happened. The clips may have been jarred loose from the grommets.
