5-speed ecu into auto

will a 5-speed ecu work in an auto cause i saw a jwt ecu in the classifieds

no but an auto will work in a 5 speed....but from what i understand you get a cel. can anyone tell me if theres a way around the cel ? i dont wanna change ecus for my swap but i hate the cel !
