Front and Rear Bushings

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I have a 98 Max 120,000 miles. Lowered 2 yrs ago w/ Tien H Techs and Tokico Illuminas. When I'm driving down the street if I hit a tiny bump it feels like my rear end is shifting making the ride awful. I have a stillen rear sway bar, but I can't help to think that my bushings on my rear subframe are going. I also plan on replacing the front. Does anyone think that this is my problem? How much am I looking to spend if I replace all the bushings in my car? Thanks for any help

I could do it in a day, so a pro could probably do it in an hour or two. Bushings are ~$8 each. Tie rods a bit more.

I would first check the struts in the rear. Set the illuminas to 5 and start rocking each corner and see how stiff each corner is. It could be a blown strut if you feel no resistance.
