not just the shift ****... but the shifter as well... i think it is a bit shorter rite?
i am having tranny overhauled and figure might as well do this in there while everything is apart. please let me know if anyone has done so...

 

I don't think the AE shifter is shorter. If you want shorter go get a STS.

i hear short shifter are trouble for the tranny...

and i like the long throw.... im not a Expert 5 speeder yet...
and i really dont go around punding through gears that i need the shifter to have a shorter throw... just a bit reduction in height... (cause its getting in the way of the OEM navi a bit)

and i just want to really change the shifter cause the one i have feels like i wobbels toomuch... its not firm....

any thought..?
