It is on the right fender(driver fender from inside the car) to the right of the fuse box when looking into the bay. It not to far from the clearance light. Just to the left of it.

yup right there, a little awkward to get to if you have large hands.

From experience I can get that bolt off in 2 minutes, I use a regular ratchet and 10mm bolt.

so what else do i need ? so far, i got 10mm wrench, 12 mm wrench, and a can of WD-40. the only reason i bought the kit was to make my driving side headlight brighter, and i need to spend twice more on getting tools to install it... wow.

10, 12 , 14 mm sockets will come in very handy if you ever plan on doing more work to your car, so the money spent on these tools will not be wasted.

You may want to pull your battery if you don't have any swiveling extensions or just can't reach it for some reason. Your 10mm wrench should loosen the battery and terminals.

If you want your head lights brigher...
2 9004/7 wire harnesses
2 relays (you could suffice w/ one)
20 ft or so of 16 gauge wire
1 solder iron w/ solder

approx $30 pit stop at autozone/walmart
